As Job openings remain close to record lows how many of your jobs are placements?

Job openings remain close to record lows http://twurl.nl/7g1nr4

Often when we hear recruiters say that they have so much jobs and business happening... there is a tendency to go hmm.. maybe even bit a lip and tongue, as we bite back the following statement

"so how many of those "jobs" are actually becoming placements?" - are you being selective in your choosing of the clients you take? Are you being selective in the Job Orders?

How many times have you fe… Continue

TN AG sues Memphis employment agency for collecting upfront fees, making promises....

The Better Business Bureau kicked her out.

A local lawyer has sued her for breach of contract.

Linda McCluskey is backed into a corner.

Porn on Twitter

I am no prude, not by a longshot, but the avatar of a wannabe follower (aint gonna happen) was a major WTF? It was as porn as porn could be..

Realizing that Twitter is free, but didn't they not just get funding that valued them at 1 Billion? one would think that they would remember that as a social network, there are young kids on this site, and would do more to "clean" it up a bit.

Okay, a rant - but, am I the only one who is shocked by some of the things we see on twitter?

Hi Karen, I am sure you will be better off with Windows 7. I am still recovering from my last Vista upgrade. You will be surprised how many IT managers I have convinced to make the change! We have become so dependent on technology! Good luck!
