Seymour Hersh is an experienced leader and project manager, who focuses on growing the competitiveness and performance of organizations through innovative business and technology strategies, business process improvement, systems deployment and leadership development.

Seymour has led medium and large organizational projects , and held P&L responsibilities. Through leadership, project management, coaching, facilitation and passion Seymour has developed people, teams and organizations to exceed their objectives.

He has consulted to and held leadership roles across multiple industrial sectors including: Telecommunications, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Software, Marketing, Transportation, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology. He has led global teams in Canada, the USA, Denmark and France, managed outsourcing and has directed the successful delivery of several IS projects, both locally and globally.

Seymour has reengineered business processes in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Transportation organizations cutting time to market and saving millions annually. He has developed and implemented strategies for Global Document Management, E-Commerce, Knowledge management, Clinical systems and Research/Bioinformatics. He has improved Information Services delivery by redesigning IS organization structure and governance, developing shared strategies, and by implementing process and quality measures in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Financial sectors.

Seymour received his Honours Bachelor of Mathematics and Physics. He achieved the ISP designation in April 1990 and PMP in May 1998.
Seymour is on the board of the Strategic Leadership Forum, and is affiliated with the Adler Coaching Institute, Project Management Institute and Strategic Capability Network
