1 Research- Start hunting for ATS vendors relevant to your industry only. Refrain from making assumptions on this stage and ask for referrals, evaluation and the best would be a trial. Shortlist whether your desired ATS caters to staffing, small business or big enterprises. All major ATS…Continue

I have made a decision. I think I am going to write a book on the safest way to skydive. Now, I've never been skydiving, nor is it likely that I ever will as I am afraid of heights. But really, how hard can it be? Stick a parachute in a backpack - hitch a ride on a plane - open the door - jump - scream -…Continue

Robots are also complex and serious, yet in a dramatically different way. Depending on the perspective, robots are either credited…Continue

Here we go… another horrible example of the type of cold call/emails some recruiters are sending.
I’ve never heard of the recruiter that sent this - who according to their LI profile, has been an agency recruiter since 2008 and has a whopping 36 connections. I don’t recall having any prior interactions with their agency and don’t know how they have my email address. What I do know is this a one of the lamest messages I’ve seen in quite a while.
This blog post is bred out of a lot of conversations I’ve been involved with in the past few months around the Career Site and the overall candidate flow into the ATS application. I hope it helps you think about how these two resources flow together and the difference between the two. Also feel free to check out our White Paper on Career Site Optimization,…Continue
