OK, I have been buried up to (and over) my head for the last couple of months getting our new product ready for development. Yoga Poses for the Angry Recruiter

Recruiting can be stressful. You try so hard to find the perfect candidate and sometimes it seems like all the stars are aligned against you. To help with this problem, I have come up with some yoga poses to be used for some of those more stressful moments.

Still don't believe me? Then take a moment to read John Sullivan's recent ERE article titled… Continue

Manufacturing Recruiting

I have a challenge that I welcome any suggestions.

I have a client that is in need of manufacturing employees such as Surface Mount Operators and Die Mount Operators and Automated Measuring Machine Operators. These positions require the individuals to have prior experience.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I might find such individuals?

Thank you
~Dawn
