What Makes Me a Smart Recruiter?

I’m Real. I market, use technology and source just like the next recruiter; what you see, hear or read from me is what you get. For me, here is how I answer:

1) I love what I do. I love people and this industry.

2) I use technology and follow technology so I can make the most out of personal relationships

Start-ups need to balance processes with CREATIVE FREEDOM..

As an entrepreneur, your idea of the business needs to be complemented with your sensitivity to the demands of the creative team.

ANYONE who has watched music channels in the late 1990s will recall the MTV Lift Man.
