Cutting Fees!?!??!?!? My 2 cents

I am starting to hear about agencies cutting fees to get business. Please understand when you do this you bring the entire industry down. We offer a great service and even if the unemployment is up the good talent is hard to find. The reason is that they are working and will not be on the job boards. Contrasted with hiring one talented employee per requisition, and the benefits… Continue
