Hi
My company has devloped the first mobile based recruitment advertising and candidate tracking system for the Chinese market. Although onliy in start up mode (we have done two proof of concept projects and are just starting to generate revenues) we won an Award from Red Herring which is very pleasing.
Mobile is going to be a huge candidate acquisition channel in China, and probably other markets in Asia, like India and Indonesia.

We receive a lot of questions from employers asking us essentially the same thing, “what recruiting channels should I use?” The answer to this question is always “It Depends.” It depends on the job position, it depends on your company’s employer brand, it depends on the resources you have on your recruiting team, it depends on how much recruiting budget you have, etc. We listen to their situation and then provide recommendations.…

Mobile Job Seekers
So let's talk mobile applications for employment. Why? Well quite simply because I'm tired of hearing people say that job seekers aren't ready to apply for jobs via their mobile. And I think I'm to the point where I just have to call it out and say, "that's crap." If done right, I can't think of a single reason a job seeker wouldn't want to submit interest for a job via… Continue

AT&T Jobs iPhone Application
It's no secret that I love my iPhone. It's certainly no secret that I'm an avid believer in mobile marketing for recruitment. So I'm sure it was no surprise when early this year I came to the leadership at AT&T and explained to them how strongly I felt that we should create the first employment driven application on an iPhone. And while I was probably guilty of using phrases like, "it's our responsibility" or "it… Continue
