Recently i was having a discussion with some of my colleagues on how they got their current job. What i could make out was that most of them got it through some internal reference. Please share your views on this.

1. Business Orientations – It is very important for a recruiter to love the business they are supporting. Recruitment is most business exposed function; as it is directly proportional to the total business outcome.
