When it comes to qualifying, there are 3 questions I live by. The first is "Why is this position open?" The second is "What are the details of the job?" And last, but certainly not least, "What is the budget for the project?" This morning, I realized that I still have a lot of work to do before the holiday. It's Thursday...technically mid-week for a recruiter. Long line recruiting, local interviews, and client calls are all on my plate for today. Not to mention our VP will be in town the next two days...right before I go on vacation for a week to refresh.
