Here is our weekly feature in which we share the top articles we enjoyed from the past week about recruitment marketing, social recruiting and anything else in the recruiting space. This week we’ll be talking about PNC sourcing strategies, talent communities, moneyball & HR, candidate experience, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Here are the articles our that interested us this week (in no particular order), enjoy!:
Great real life example of how PNC put together a world class sourcing organization. Amybeth did some great tweeting during SourceCon that I highly recommend you check out.
Meghan writes a great post on the evolution of Talent Communities and what’s needed to make them successful.
Moneyball comes to Human Resources: Data Science Matters by Josh Bersin (@Josh_Bersin)
Love this post by Josh on the increased demand for data scientists and what this means for HR. Also, really like the real world case study examples at the end.
Kendra addresses the challenges associated with candidate experience and what you can do to limit them.
LinkedIn earns cheers for its useful (and free) Talent CRM by John Zappe (@ERE_net)
Two new developments on the social media front as both Facebook and LinkedIn announced new products / partnerships this week. Definitely some cool possibilities, however, I’m still of the belief that recruiting will never be restricted to one source but will also involve a mix of sources.
Hope you enjoy the list. If you have any articles I should add to the list feel free to add them to the comments or send me an email at email@example.com or follow us on Twitter @smashfly.
