It's nonsense basically. Spun to sound impressive, but what it's offering doesn't add up. It attempts to quantify people as currency, but that's the nonsensical part....you can map someone's skills, but I don't see how you can quantify the intangibles that make one candidate a 'star' and another 'average'.

They have to use consultant/politician speak. Because if they came out and said - we created this spider that goes out on the internet (including social networking sites) and GRADES candidates and matches them against our patented 'life chart' which you must pay an additional fee for us to interpret for you. You'd tell them to go take a hike and fire the 12 year-old who came up with that idiotic company name.
Wow guys, way to shoot it down!! Isn't this like bullying? Haha.
Frankly the name "Zapoint" speaks volumes, needless to say the rest ... well isn't it obvious?! Lame.
