Interview training seems to be a topic I'm bumping into with frequency this week; who knows, maybe I need a refresher. I joined and the first discussion I read was on the Candidate Development Group about Best Screening Processes. I posted one of my favorite tools there called the 5&5 -- five questions you ask a candidate during the interview, and five questions you ask yourself about the candidate afterwards. Easy scoring tool -- have a look see, and grab your own copy.

On another training front, my friend Ami Givertz is launching Brown Bag Recruiter, a fabulous recruiter training initiative here in the south Florida Metro area. If you live or work anywhere in this region, join us on the 17th for the jump start. I'll be there.
