I'm curious to know how they use social media. On my show it's been difficult to find many people who hire a lot from Twitter or Facebook or via blogs.

Linkedin is simply a resume bank like those on any online job board and people rarely call it social media. If someone is lurking on Linkedin groups to recruit the contributors that is using social media. I'm wondering if that is what you mean. Online discussions.
