Jobteria.com is a social recruiting website.
It is a place for job-seekers and employers to meet online, and discuss their employment opportunities.
Hiring managers can review, rate and discuss applicants through an online message board that has been created for each applicant of a job listing. All communication for that role, is thereby kept in one centralized location.
Each job listed through jobteria.com is given a unique email address.
By asking applicants to respond to a job listing through this email address, employers gain seamless integration to nearly every classified job listing site on the Internet.
When an applicant first replies to this email address, Jobteria.com will create a unique discussion board for that applicant, and the role. Anytime an employer has a question or feedback for the applicant, they can post them in this private discussion board, where the applicant will receive an automatic email notifying them of their recent feedback. All subsequent emails from an applicant regarding the position, will be published in this private discussion board.
In other words, each discussion board represents a single applicant for a job.
Jobteria.com is a way for a hiring team to discuss – in private; the strengths and weaknesses of each applicant, and rate them accordingly. Finding the best candidate for the job is now the subject of social engagement by everyone involved in the hiring decision.
At any time, the employer can review a listing of those that have applied to the various roles within their company, sort them with our 5-star rating system, and filter the results as they require.
Discussion about an applicant is in real-time. You can use Jobteria.com just like your favourite chat program, except that each conversation is unique to an individual applicant of a job.
This private discussion board is hidden from the applicant. They are neither aware of who is following the role, or what is being said about them.
To the left of the page is the applicant’s own cover letter, resume and a history of all communication that has been made between the employer, and the applicant.
At any time, a person involved in the hiring processes may ask the applicant a question by posting the message here: in the external message panel. The applicant will then receive an email notifying them of their recent feedback, which they may then reply to by email, or by visiting jobteria.com and responding directly.
When an employer is ready to begin the interview process, they can safely rely on Jobteria.com’s 5-star rating system, with the peace-of-mind knowing that they are recruiting the best candidates for the role, and that everyone had an equal opportunity to discuss and review the applicant in advance.
