Technical Services Certified™

• Review of labor and employment laws that have specific relevance to technical, IT, and scientific staffing
• Includes three topic areas not tested in CSP™ program
  • Per diem rules
  • Worker classification
  • H1-B visas
• Anyone earning the TSC™ will automatically earn the CSP.
