Scott, any recommendation on job titles that my competition isn't listing, meaning growth jobs that are not recruited for by half the free world? Smaller market sectors?

Hi Gregg, Love the question. Leadership roles are a safe bet as companies are hiring managers and supervisors first in markets of all sizes. This proceeds the next phase of hiring, which will include a continued increase in the roles that report to those managers.
