I don't know about anyone else out there, but I have not been receiving any quality applications from my job postings. Don't get me wrong, I don't necessarily rely on these postings 100% of the time for candidates, but I expect to get a few keepers out of them.
I have been doing my usual database, LinkedIn, referral, etc recruiting with these postings on the backend with hopes a few good candidates trickle in. But alas.... NOT the case! We ditched Monster some months back because of this problem, and are considering the same fate for CareerBuilder also. I don't know if the common ones are just so flooded with everything and the kitchen sink or what? I have tried and or currently using: Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Bullhorn Reach, Linked In, Ladders, Wise Step, Twitter, Req Cloud, Get Hired, Indeed, and a few other local things. I understand a lot of these just post to my Linked In, but I try to vary the groups for each.
I was wondering if there are any sites that might be IT focused and still produce some quality applicants? Any help is appreciated and welcomed :)
