Recently I stumbled across some pretty great 'mobile friendly' job descriptions on ESPN's career site. Check these out. These are the best designed jobs I've ever seen for a mobile device.

2) What job seekers want to know...link to a employer branding video and info about what its like to work there.

3) shareable to you and others. Simple email functionality is key.
