I would also like to be on that list. I can play guitar ok and sometimes I sound really good around a campfire. I remember that list you started about the best guitar players and I think it had the most comments until John Sumser said that sourcing was dead and then he had more comments.

The thing is - I am NOT a campfire song guy. I'm pretty good with many "half" songs but can't actually pull off the sing-along stuff. Props to JD!

and being a great bass player is about knowing when not to play those notes, being a great recruiter is knowing when to shut up cause you might just wreck that deal. Best recruiters I ever hired and trained were musicians.
