Point them to LinkedIn's hidden resume builder at http://resume.linkedinlabs.com. It's saved my candidates bacon more than once. It converts their LinkedIn profile into a pretty decent document double-quick, and they can still edit it and choose from a range of templates.

I'm a Newbie on this platform, so for all I know you lot have been sharing this for years, but my UK-side of The Pond, it's well below the radar.
