Good question, though I don't have an answer for you! I do however want to know what kind of success you are having using twitter for recruitment purposes? I Would love to see what your doing with twitter as I am researching ways to grow my companies brand and recruitment blog.

I could be off on this, but I get the sense that Twitter is busiest during 8-6, normal work hours. So, if I am going to post about a new search, I'll do it then vs. evening when I think traffic is down...

It shows Wednesday is the busiest day, but it also shows tweeting trends and popular twitter apps. fun stuff, especially if you like pie charts.
