• Our client is looking for Jr. Corporate Recruiters to assist in the recruitment of all of their open jobs.
• Candidate will be managing the entire recruiting lifecycle from position requirement analysis, job description development, candidate sourcing, applicant screening, operations management, offer and on-boarding in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Working with internal customers (and vendors as necessary) to recruit high caliber talent effectively and efficiently.
This is a GREAT POSITION for a POLISHED, SAVVY, PERSONABLE individual w/ junior level recruiting experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review resumes and update candidate/position status
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to personal network, job boards, user groups and other networking-related functions
• Source and identify candidates for the clients needs, improve and organize current candidate database.
• Maintain significant involvement in technical networking organizations and events to maintain an effective referral program
• Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates for the domestic market. These techniques include, but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations, etc…
• Interview candidates to determine skills and criteria for their job search
• Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
