Last Friday the Social Recruitment Monitor (www.socialrecruitmentmonitor.com) has been launched by Maximum (www.mxmm.com). It is the world's first online measurement tool that provides actual weekly ‘popularity’, ‘activity’ and ‘interaction’ insights in social recruitment activities by global employers.
With this monitor it will be possible to answer questions as ‘what employer uses social media for recruiting most actively?’ and ‘how does my organisation’s activities benchmark against my competitors?’. It’s a free and openly available (research) monitor, which provides unique and objective insights in social recruitment by global employers.
In this first release leading global employers are listed, that use Facebook for recruitment. In the coming months the monitor will be extended by adding more social media channels and monitors for different regions. Have a look for yourself on www.socialrecruitmentmonitor.com
What are your thoughts on the monitor and its rankings?
