I am looking for an UI expert with good experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A guys who could work closely with Product Managers/Engineers to understand the end-user goals & objectives, technical specifications and the strategic direction of the product and ensure that the UI is efficient, reliable and achievable.
• Rapidly, iteratively, and flexibly
a) Create and/or refine the task flows or the information architecture
b) Design schematics
c) Create wireframes, screenshots & prototypes
• Design A/B experiments, interpret results and apply results to design decisions
• Providing expertise/support to product management and engineering teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in HCI, UX Design or similar discipline.
• Recent first-hand experience designing enterprise software
• Deep understanding of how to design UI to address technical and functional requirements of enterprise software users
• Ability to do rapid prototyping of new features in parallel with design
• Passion for the development of high-quality UI
