Anyone here using CATS?

I just friggin' love CATS. Asim, Andrew and Sae do a kickass job with their product.

Not to mention they're all smart enough to know that just cause they're brilliant, it doesn't mean they have every idea. CATS set up BusyRecruiter.com as a means of opening up the flow of ideas. As a result I have had literally the best experience with this company, from their innovation to their nimble adoption of best of breed Web 2.0 interfacing.

Anyhow I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great ATS for their recruiting needs to look into CATS.

It really has made my doing splits much easier. As part of its built in functionality I can have my splits partners insert their candidates instantly into my pipeline by email, which allows them to capture their ownership of said candidates for the period of our negotiated candidate ownership window.
