Hmm Ive had some trouble accessing my page lately, so Im going to go ahead and add a post and hope that it works!

I hope that you have all had a great Christmas Holiday. New Years is just around the corner and for me this week, I am working on getting all my roles in good shape, as I am anticipating an influx of new roles with the new year/ new business quarter that we are entering.

My main focus this week is ensuring that I have a strong pipeline of candidates for all of my open reqs and ensuring that Ive followed up with all candidates on the reqs that I closed last month.

Its kind of funny that the company predicted flat growth across the board for this year. We have been Super busy lately. I started out the month of Dec with 17 open reqs, and have brought that down to 12. Most of my groups are expecting growth in the first quarter of 2012, so I dont expect it to slow down anytime soon!
