So.cl, which is still in development, makes searches social. This allows people to see other that have searched for the same thing, and engage in conversation about the topic.

They are also developing the “Parties” feature, which is similar to a Hangout on G+. You can start your own party, or join along with friends, and each of your videos are shared on the site.

As a recruiter, you have the ability to search So.cl and find people who are searching for keywords relevant to the positions for which you're hiring. Then, you can message them.
