New goal: Grow The HireFriday Community to One Million Strong by the end of 2011.

Why do I have such a lofty goal for our community?  Because, I believe it is possible.  HireFriday is about community.  It's about people.  It's about candidates, all candidates-passive and active.  What I  am building is "community," in the truest sense of the word.

HireFriday is my passion piece.  It does not belong to me, it belongs to world.  It belongs to you.  All of you.  I want each of you to feel appreciated.  I want all of you to know that I want to find a way to work with you in a way that provides meaning to not just to your efforts, but to the community at large.
