Hello and Happy Friday ya'll...

As expected, the October BLS.GOV employment #'s came out this morning, and is unchanged.

Key Data:

• Unemployment remains at 7.9%
• Hurricane Sandy has no discernible effect on employment #'s.
• Long-term unemployment (27 weeks or more) stays same at 5M.
• Professional/Business services, retail, and healthcare increased.

I know many people in my direct sphere of influence who are getting hammered by the global state of affairs.  They are good people, willing to work hard, but opportunities are few and far between. I pray for them ALL daily!

In my 15+ years as a Inbound Recruiter and Inbound Headhunter, and 6+ years as a small business owner, the business world has changed FOREVER, and those who adapt will win, and they will WIN BIG!!!

However, If the San Francisco Giants can come back from 2 down to the Reds, and Cardinals, and win the World Series, so can America and you!  (Hint: It is ALL about the Pitching/Defense)

We should expect a change in administration will come next week, because American's don't put up with false promises.
