Problem with that is you have to separate the two if not they just call you directly if things dont work out.....

It definately helps, to befriend someone makes the conversation easier and more relaxed, i definately think this applies in some cases, but indeed Edward, not always the case, for another reason too, maybe they just dont want to be your friend :(
