Many Applicant Tracking Systems are available.  Many have similar feature sets and some have important differences in capabilities, pricing, and ease-of-use.

A great way to narrow down the choices is to: 1) determine your needs, 2) research products and match them to your needs and 3) to get a free trial of the product.

 

A few ATS products such as ApplicantStack offer a free 30-day trial, http://www.applicantstack.com/tryit.  This is a great, low risk way to learn about the capabilities and usability of a product.  If you like it, it is easy to sign-up for a low monthly subscription.  If you don't like it, you've learned a lot about what you like and don't like and you will be better prepared in your decision-making.
