Social Media is a great opportunity to engage and interact with potential candidates but you need to start thinking about how you handle aggressive unqualified candidates.
Valid point about companies being stringent on using social media at work. Employees will also create opportunities to blow off steam at work but social media can be a tremendous work tool as well.
