Everyone has their own idea about what makes a good show.  

- @Ray_anne says that I always cut the guest off just when she was just about to say something good. I say I only cut people off when they start to wander.

- Some people like me to mute the peanut gallery for the first part of the show. Others want their mics left open.

-  @MikeAstringer is a Recruiting Animal Show Regular and runs an RPO so I gave him time to debate his pet peeve with this guest from an RPO. But that wasnt too popular with the rest of the crowd.

- I like to analyze what a company says on its website. @ResumeStrategy said it put her to sleep.

But you know what? I thought it was a good show.
