Next up Heather Flynn and How to attract Passive Talent. This is a branding session, and as such plenty to learn. The main thing is to be consistent across platforms. Everyone is a brand ambassadors and as such must remember everything they say or do impacts the company. Lots of talk of Linkedin.
Lastly Noell Bennett and Rethinking recruiting and sourcing programs. A lot of talk about getting the right tools, and having the right people. The steps; Partner with Stakeholders, Demo new tools, Building a sourcing funnel, Building a sourcing strategy, and then bringing it all together. No risk no reward.
