Due to unprecedented growth, we are conducting a search for an experienced, motivated and driven Clinical Recruiter.  The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience generating candidates experienced in clinical research or IT disciplines for our clients nationwide.  The Clinical Recruiter position is an outstanding, career growth minded opportunity with high income potential for exceptional recruiting professionals.  The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for identifying clinical professionals for positions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and medical device industries.

Duties will also include:

• Interview applicants to identify and summarize relevant experience
• Follow up with candidates to maintain relationships
• Maintain familiarity with recruiting tools and networking with active consultants
• Working with a team of successful account managers on a daily basis
• Accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the office

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple competing priorities and high volume of recruiting activity
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with professionals at all levels within an organization 
• The ability to take initiative and manage time effectively

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of recruiting experience
