Electrical Engineering Design Support (EPIC HW)

Tandel Systems a Aerospace and Defense IT Company that provides federal; systems integration, advanced technical and business solutions in information technology, information security, systems engineering, telecommunications, helpdesk management, scientific support, and management consulting services. We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer.

The efforts to include but not limited to design support, layout design support for Design Center, and final design the Enhanced Processor and Integrated Communication (EPIC) Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) for the International Space Station C&DH program.

All applicants must have been exposed to full product life-cycle development and minimum 6 years of experience in electrical design and test. The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of Developing Requirements Documentation, Developing detailed system architecture, developing detailed operational scenarios, Developing Design Documentation Supporting NASA.

To perform and coordinate multiple design paths (flight and ground) of a single card design. Develop verification plan based on contract requirements and past practices, and coordinate the design verification effort. Additional support to design engineering in identifying components currently proposed by design that do not meet the electrical requirements of the application, and support engineering design reviews, and any Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) as required by the Technical leads.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Software Engineering is required.
