The Dark Side of Gen Y
I wasn't 100% sure what the show was going to be about today.
The guest is not a recruiter. She's a 24 year old marketing grad and her story is very different from the claims of Gen Y Triumphalism we were hearing a few years ago.
The conclusion I drew from the conversation was that Generation Y is not much different from young people of earlier generations.
On hand were Janice Worthington, Jerry Albright, Alan Fuhrer, Dr Nik Palmer, Lee Shemuel and Cora Mae Lengeman.
