Scott:  thanks again for another great post.   We are definitely seeing very strong demand for professional sales reps, sales managers and sales engineers from our IT vendor and reseller customers.  We are finally seeing more demand from turnover as well, as candidates who "stayed in the bunker" from late 07 until Q4 2010 are now takinng competing offers.  Hiring managers are just now realizing they need to compete and streamline their hiring process as well, by reducing steps, kicking HR's ass on process and bringing their expectations of perfection in hires into line with reality. Keep it up!
