I wanted to check in for the first time in 2013 and wish everyone a happy New Year!

On an unrelated note...I also want to pose a question about finding resumes by using web browsers (Internet explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla, etc)

I am an internal recruiter for a growing and established Telecom organization. For the better part of 2012 and heading into new year hiring inside sales reps is my primary focus.

In regards to some searchig techniquea and tools, We have Linked Recruiter, Indeed, and monster to name a few. There are a number of other recruiting practices that are used on a day to day basis as well.

One area I want to learn is the use of web browsers. Please share any examples of boolean/normal search techniques you can use for finding specific talent, resumes, people, etc on something as simple as a google search engine....

Any insight would be helpful!
