How ya doing?? Long time since I logged in and am super happy to find that I can now access my profile (before would say - cant find page) and now magically, it's all good :)

Besides committing every Social Networking sin known to man on here and abandoning my profile for months at a time, I been busy...

Work's been busy - busy is good, yes - but I am talking Mad busy. Been working on a req load of 20+ reqs for around 4 months - Close a few and they keep on comin... That is not the problem. The problem is the vast amount of administrative tasks that need to be done to get candidates thru the process. My work days are so busy that at times I have felt that I was only scratching the surface of what needs to be done. There is no time to tweet, blog, or check personal email during the day - barely enough time for LI, sourcing and responding to candidates.

My favourite part of my job rite now, is the people that I work with. My team and manager are great! We all work very hard, and we are all very supportive of each other. My hiring managers are awesome, and doing well although our new system has been trying their patience (and ours). The system and new global process is by far the worst part of my job, and has been since its implimentation.

At work, I am VP Education of the Microsoft Chapter of Toastmaster's International, and love participating in those meetings twice a mth.

Outside of work, Life is great! I put a lot of my free time into my yoga practice, and teach a class at my centre once a week. Belong to a few meet up groups - EntMent (bringing Entrepreneurs and Mentors together) and a few Drum Circles :) I have been working on a Ning site, for sharing info about our Earth and Life in general - www.EarthObSeSsIoN.Com, which needs more of my time as well, in order to continue growing and providing value. I am excited about this year, and its possibilities! Some of you know I've been wanting to start my own recruitment company, I am slowly making progress towards that. I am so thankful for this community and the vast amount of knowledge available here. I am also thankful for all of the inspiring members available to connect with. Thank you RBC!

My boyfriend and I jus got a dog to watch for a week so I am excited about that - were going for a walk :) Hope you are all doing well, pursuing your passions and loving your lives - Happy First Day of Spring :))
