Hi thanks for the email. I have been working in the healthcare space, recruiting pharmacist if you are interested in working on a split fee basis.
Thanks Pam
Hi Rob! Well sometimes you have to swim against the current, but when you can go with the flow and manipulate the direction of the flow that's always easier! :D
Thanks Rob! I never thought this chair would make this big of a difference... I sat in the old one for 12 years and this one is just... heavenly. :) Thanks for the tip on that book too. I'm going to check it out. It is true - it takes effort to think positively sometimes! Have a great day!
Again - you're a sweetheart. It's very difficult to watch this, and makes it hard to get really excited about an opportunity even though you love the company and have great candidates. Grrrrrrrrrrr!
Thanks for your comments Rob! Having that monthly training is key I think. You can't hear the same message too many times. In life, we encounter a bump in the road and we learn to go around it, walk over it, etc., instead of continually stubbing our toe on it or tripping. In our professional lives, we can be a little slower on the uptake. So I love the monthly training that you all partake in. Excellent notion!!
Rob - Thanks so much for your comments on my blog! Your story about the doctors and following up is so true! We just have to do our share of hand-holding and fear-allaying, figuring out the lay of the land - who's got the answers, who needs the answers, etc., etc. Some candidates just pick up and go and others need more attention. Thanks for sharing your story! BTW love the pictures of your family. Gorgeous!!
I recently invited you to my network on Linkedin and hope to connect with you here as well. Seeing that we are both in Texas, I would like to network with you in the future.
