Yes ! I liked it.But the challenge I am facing is talent scarcity.Sometimes it's so difficult to find 60% matching profiles to the job description.Yes ,still I do cold calling candidates to get referrences. But it's taking so much of my time at work.

Loved the video! With all of these online tools, it's easy to put off picking up the phone. Thanks for the reminder to get on the phone!!!

Loved your video Scott!! Sharing it and your worksheet with our team here at Data Domain. I have been preaching this for quite sometime here. We are an up and coming company and creating as many realtime relationships as possible is crucial. Especially since we are competing with so many other Storage companies here in Silicon Valley. Thanks

Hey, thanks for the comments everyone! Warms my heart and makes my day that it's making an impact for all of you.

Remember that recruiting is a target-focused process-oriented profession. We have lots of moving parts to manage. Multi-tasking is a myth. Do one thing at a time. Do your calls all together, and group them into categories. Do all your internet research at one time. Just by (1) establishing your intention of the number of connects you want to hit on an hour-by-hour basis, and (2) by measuring it, you are making an IMMEDIATE correction and improving your performance. By being cognizant of how we are spending our time, we immediately become better at how we spend our time.

Love your phone. Think of it as "PRECIOUS!"

Peace,
Scott Love
