FUTURE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
The concern about future of the American economy has never been more critical. To lead, grow and prosper in a 21st century and beyond global economy, American businesses will need skilled workers to fill jobs utilizing technology. Math and science proficiency among American grade and high school students remains alarmingly low, and an unknown amount of technology jobs are feared to go unfilled because the future American workforce will not have the requisite skills to fill these jobs. As a result, it is predicted that there will be a workforce skills gap that will threaten American prosperity.
Future Workforce Solutions aims to raise awareness about the importance of obtaining an education in math, science, engineering, or other technology-related disciplines so that the future American workforce is prepared to meet the challenges and demands of a technology-centric 21st century and beyond global economy to help position the American economy as the world's leading economy.
