Hi Brian:  I am small one person recruiting firm and wanted to know what you find to be the best recruiting posting sites.  I am just not getting the quality of candidates I want and need.  I do not have the big boards, but my associates I work with do and  I share my jobs with them and they get nothing better.  Help please.  My email is acorpcon@gmail.com if you would like to chat more privately.

@Shari-  I sent you a note.... The thing that matters most these days in your "reach".  Things have changed, but the things that are a must are 1) KICK ASS Service, 2) Influence/Persuasion skills, and 3) Proper use of Technology... Talk soon!  Brian-
