Not 'may be getting into jobs' Direct Employers is going to be delivering all their members' jobs to Facebook. That is not a small feed. Just sayin'

Thanks for the video blog, I may put this on my site if ok with you.  I am a recruiter and co-own a job board for the past 4 years too.  I see everything going Facebook, some of my young job candidates deleted their Linkedin Accounts last week and said they just want to use Facebook, too much distraction with Linkedin.  That said, Niche Job Boards will probably still be around as yet another avenue to find jobs vs. the only game....interesting to see where Linkedin ends up because those under 25 years of age will be the dominant force to drive the future..and they want Facebook to be IT for everything.

Just my thoughts..interesting topic for sure.
