This is very cool. It actually turns outlook into an ATS for you and they are offering it at no charge. Nice.

@Slouch you are right, now things has changed. companies like  RChilli (www.rchilli.com), hireability, daxtra, sovren are really doing wonders in this space. 

Technology has evolved manifold now we talk more about parsing, analysis and social :)
