Too many candidates refuse to trip the light-fantastic and shrivel in a sea of mediocrity. I wish more candidates had the will, humour and guts to try something different
Appreciating your stance on this candidate and the fact that you were so moved by the experience of reviewing her "CV/resume" -- I get that. But for you to say it's best you've ever seen simply tells me -- you need to get out more. I say this not as a knock on this candidate but rather a comment on what you've been exposed to relative to CVs & resumes.

You remind me, in this instance, of the many times I used glowing remarks about candidates I've recommended only to be challenged by hiring managers who have a less than glowing opinion. What can I say other than, "It goes with the job".
What is particularly good about you is your passion. Passion in a recruiter, and learning as you go, goes a long way in this business and you have that Martin. Good to know you.
