Divisional Recruiter for World's Largest Retailer

Hello, wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself and network amongst retail recruiters about an exciting recruiting opportunity in my organization. My name is Jennifer Seidner and I am the Senior Manager of Wal-Mart Stores Talent Services. My team sources talent for senior retail operations, merchandising and human resource positions located throughout the United States. I currently have an opening for a Divisional Talent Specialist for the Western division located out of the Wal-Mart corporate office in Bentonville, AR.

The Divisional Talent Specialist will be tasked to work closely with retail operations and HR partners to source and screen multi-facility retail and HR senior leadership positions for the southwest geographic region of Texas to California. Approximately 25% travel with corporate vehicle included. Competitive compensation, benefits and relocation package available. Looking for talent with at least two years of full cycle recruiting experience, with an emphasis on direct sourcing. Retail recruiting preferred, passion and energy a must.
