NEW RECRUITER

Hi:
I had more than a year's successful work as a recruiter for an MRI firm in Insurance. Now I am in another field but wanting to make the transition to my own home based business..
I have the experience and knowledge...but don't have a database...wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get started...build my database....

Aside from that I felt completely ripped off every time I deposited my check at the bank. I know its going to be a tough couple of years but I moved back home to offset some of my expenses.
I found out about a recruiting site Dayak from an article in Entrepreneur. I was able to farm out some job openings I couldn't place on my own. The only reason I considered doing that was Dayak lets you name your commissions. It's like the ebay of recruiting. Check it out.; ▶ Reply to This
