Looking for feedback on Top Echelon

Recently our firm seceded from MRI. We are looking for some reliable partners for split placement and we are considering Top Echelon. If you are a member of Top Echelon or have been in the past, I would appreciate any feedback that you could provide. Also, are there any organizations in the Top Echelon niche that we should investigate?

They play by the "But for rule" and it is respected throughout the network. It's a good rule to do business by. It's not free and I believe that because of the cost, it sets an expectation that people will use it and work it.; ▶ Reply to This

At that time I still had to network within the TopEchelon system, but most of the people were quite focused on doing business, so that was very positive. By networking I mean the candidates and/or jobs did not just fall in my lap, but the networking effort was very easy because you are 'in the club'. Good luck!; ▶ Reply to This
